This school started in 1995 in Komarock Estate , hence the name. In 2002, the school sat for it’s 1st K.C.P.E producing the 1st and 3rd ranked students in the WHOLE COUNTRY and in the process, the school emerging the TOP RANKED PRIVATE School IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY.
Since then, Newlight Komarock School has always been ranked either No 1 or 2 in Nairobi and among the Top 5 Private Schools in Kenya.
In K.C.P.E of the 2010 the school was ranked No. 1 in the WHOLE country. K.C.P.E 2011 Newlight Komarock was ranked No 1 in Nairobi Country and 3rd in category of Private Schools in the whole country.
